What we process

We collect business contact information (names, job titles, work emails, work phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) and company data (name, industry, size, location) to help our clients identify potential business partners.

Where we get data

We gather information from three categories of sources:

  • Public government registries (Companies House UK, Brønnøysundregistrene Norway, etc.)
  • Publicly available company websites
  • Third-party B2B data providers (for professional contact information)

Legal basis

We process data under legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We have conducted a Legitimate Interest Assessment to ensure our processing is proportionate and respects data subject rights.

What we DON'T collect

We do not collect personal emails, social media profiles (except LinkedIn), education history, salary information, or any special category data under GDPR Article 9.

How long we keep data

Data is retained for up to 24 months, then automatically deleted. Records are refreshed regularly to ensure accuracy.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and restriction of your data. You can exercise these rights via the opt-out form or by emailing us.
